Install help: NT laptop

Hi List,

I am trying to install TS2000i on my new Dell P3 laptop. Part way through
the installation process the computer hangs. At the point of failure the
screen reads:
"Installing ActiveX redistributable files..
         95%"
Operating system is NT service pack 6. Administrator privileges are turned
on and virus software is disabled.
I have struck out with Omega support. Any help MOST appreciated.
