Hi,
I had some similar problems and I called the helpdesk of E-signal. If you
are using TS with e-signal the helpdesk of e-signal can change some settings
on their site to get everything working ok. I noticed that if I was running
a TS chart and E-signal program together data would stop coming for some
reason.

I have a friend who just got a TS2000i Pro Suite build 822 from Italy (he's
Italian) and has just set up TS2Ki (Option Station and Radar Screen not
installed) with eSignal using the eSignal 7.x TurboFeed DataManager. This
evening was the first time he fired it up and he is getting good real time
data into the GlobalServer but nothing is being plotted on the chart. The
chart settings look good to me but I have little experience with TS2Ki
myself and thought I would ask the experts. The attached GIF shows what the
chart displays.
Also, please copy me on any responses as I am on the digest version.
