Try the following:
Select the entire spreadsheet and paste it to a text editor like notepad.
Do a search and replace to remove the colons from the time column.
Save it as a .txt file.
Open this file in excel. It should be in delimited format with tabs
separating each field.
On the last step of this import wizard make sure you select "text" for the
column data format, for this column.
