ExpirationDate and FirstNoticeDate will only return a meaningful value when
used in quote or options related window.

In a move to TS2000i I am trying to plot the upcoming expiration date (on
SP02U).
However ExpirationDate and FirstNoticeDate both return 0.
How is this supposed to work?
