e-mini data downloaded from Historybank.com doesn't look right

I had just downloaded tick data for e-mini Nasdaq 100 (NQ U2) for
the month of May but when shown on the chart it look incomplete. I try
download again for May and the Global Server show about 10 MB of data
downloaded but when I reload the chart it still the same. I wonder
whats wrong.
