Daniel and o-list:
Interesting legal point.
Who if anybody has legal standing to claim damages for bootlegged software if omega research does not exist anymore ?
All license agreements were in the name of omega research and I have not seen any transfer of license to any other entity --- it appears the reason Bill & co. renamed as trade station technolgies was to bail out of potential liability from past users / past problems. You can't have it both ways Billy boy !
