I can think of a few ways:
1. Set up a forwarding mail address in Canada (ProSuite 2000i is
available there).
2. Have a friend in Canada or Europe order a copy for you.
3. Find someone in Canada who is willing to receive a package for
you at his address.
Me, I found it easier to buy a used copy on eBay, before it became
hard to find on eBay. I felt no regrets; TS flat out told me they
didn't want me as a customer when I tried to purchase TS2000i from
them.
