Data update list is now available

I have just started a list to help people with data updates. This is a
supplement to the ftp site from Mark Brown, which no longer has
current TS4 omz updates. TS4 users, especially, are invited to join,
although all kinds of data will be addressed.

This is a private list, and members will be expected to contribute as
well as receive help from others. Please reply privately if you wish
to join.
