Is a TS 2K recovery possible with win 2k reinstall

Is it possible to run TS 2k  after a new install of Win 2K?
I thought I hit repair and I did not and install a new version of Win 2k.

If not does anyone know if I can at least open it in offline to export data and indicators? What do I need to do.
