Edit symbol Archive name in Global Server

Hello omega-list,
In 2000i, using e-signal symbols,

  Is  there  a  way  to edit and change a symbol's archive name in the
  global server?
  
  What I am trying to do is build a continuous data file in XPO format
  by  exporting  each of the quarterly contracts but then I would like
  to  combine them and reimport them back into the Global Server under
  a different name.

  If this is possible How? if not, is there a different way to do this
  and keep the symbol in XPO format
