Optimize for Expectancy in TS

Thanks for posting the Optimize for Expectancy notes and code.

I have not worked with it yet, but I intend to.

In the meantime, I appreciate you and the others on the list who make such 
things available.  It's a big help for
EL-impaired guys like me.
