There are two ways to handle your problem
The hard way (it may not work you because it
doesn't look like the the coop uses 802.11):

See if your neighbors would be interested in signing up.

Expansion
CWX.NET is currently evaluating other repeater sites between Denver and Laramie, west into the Rockies, and east. Service in specific areas needing a local repeater can be provided if multiple customers sign up in that area, possibly with a higher startup fee to cover common equipment at the repeater site(s).
