++i see that there are two color's of buys and sells - please explain
++further how this works and how does it handle the p/l of a spread?
++for simplicity sake lets just use two stocks as an example.
Blue = Buy
Red = Exit Long Position
Pink = Short
Green= Exit Short Position

++factored so that a total dollar value of each be bought and sold?

This is possible. All you have to do is change the global settings. You
could also use any code in the ChartScript to vary your position size. A
screenshot of the settings you find here:
