You DONT place a BUY_LIMIT above the market - allways below
If you want to buy a BREAKOUT or any such on a climbing market you place a
BUY_STOP.
This will be worked until the market trades AT or ABOVE your specified price and will change that
order to a MARKET ORDER at the time !
