Power editor studies help

Seems I'm going to have to re-format and I have just one last question
that someone may be able to help with.

After re-booting the computer and simply doulble clicking on Power
Editor,
this security error/no valid password message shows. Have re-installed
ts2ki
with no help.

I need to back up my studies and seems to be impossible. This is a paid
TS2ki,
licensed to me for nearly 3 years with forever password. Would anyone
know
where the studies files are stored in so they may be saved.
