Does TS2k completely process a pass thru a study?

Does TS2k and/or TS6 completely process a pass thru a study
before moving on?

Or is OS terms, does the TS scheduler slice only between studies
and never slices out to go down another thread that is in the middle
of a study code?

If this is still not clear let me try this: Once an
indicator's code is commenced for the bar,  does TS scheduling
allow/force the pass to complete. Or, is it possible that in
the middle, half way thru the code,  whether
it be a  indicator or signal, that it is interrupted and TS then
starts up or picks back up on another study on that chart and/or
workspace?
