Price data in server but will not chart

Has anyone experienced the following: price data is in the server but will 
not chart on certain days?

For example, my TRIN data normally charts from 8:30 to 1500 CST like it's 
supposed to.  However, on four days last month TS leaves a gap on the first 
hour of trading - even though I can go to the server and see the data on 
that date for the first hour is there.  ????

Another example - on Monday my continuous EU electronic contract - @EUM2 - 
will not chart any data between 3/21 and 4/28.  The data is in the server 
and it was charting fine on Friday. ????

Any comments greatly appreciated.
