It is a feature/limitation of Win 98, you have to move to NT if you want the
chart to fill the entire workspace, most people do not. I should say, NT
with Matrox driver is less convenient for multiple monitors than Win 98.
Win2K has the Win98 paradigm, so it may have the same shortcoming you
complain about.
