Of course that's not a joke. If you pay people the going rate of
$100K and up/yr., then you're going to get people who are only in it
for the money.
This way they get people who aren't in it for the mony, but in it
because this is the type of work they really want to do.
By doing this, Tradestation ensures that they continue to get the
quality of development that it's customers are used to.
