Probably fine from a strategic/usability perspective. But on the legal
front, MB made a good point earlier... that a data repository is most likely
okay from a legal perspective -- else how else would Omega and other
internet sites be able to do it all these years without catching flak.
Although my original point may still hold some semblance of merit, as I
believe Omega's history data is in OMZ or XPO (don't know for sure since I
don't use it) -- not raw bit/byte replicas of the original feed in the
format it was delivered via the data stream -- so it may be considered a
value-added product. Some legal-eagle on this list could probably provide
additional insight into this. Please feel free to chime in...

In any case, I feel a data repository, including back-adjusted contracts, is
an excellent idea -- if it can be done without getting someone
unintentionally in hot water. Hell.. I'd even be willing to kick in a few
bucks to help buy additional storage ;-)
