This is always a good idea.  The accuracy spec for internal PC
clocks is +/- 15 seconds per day.  I had one once that gained 16
seconds each day.

I use Dimension4 to update my clock.  Originally I used it as a
"keep alive" mechanism so my dial-up internet service wouldn't cut
me off during periods of inactivity (like long downloads) but now
that I have DSL I still use D4 because I like it.
