This is a company that alienated many of it's customers by not completing
the prior version, TS2Ki. They have a lot of repair work to do before they
get me back as a client. I don't appreciate bait and switch software when I
depend on it for my income. Because Omega cannot be trusted to finish what
they start, or even deliver what they promise, all other considerations
seem premature.
At the very least they need to integrate third party data providers such as
DTN to provide reliable intraday data. The internet simply isn't reliable
enough and Omega doesn't have the resources to lease satellite space, so
they have to release their death grip on that area. In addition, they need
to make special concessions to users of TS2Ki to make up for the past three
years of bad will and frustration using their products.
...by the way, where are those promised service packs for TS2Ki? I know,
it's now an obsolete product, but if Omega wants credibility, they must
finish TS2Ki, that's the first concession!
