Depends how you define "competitive".
InteractiveBrokers charges 0.005$/share, that´s less than 0.012 or
0.0075$/share
Datek charges 9.99$/5000Shares, that´s less than the 44.25$/5000shares.
Cybertrader charges 13.45$ for trades > 5000shares, that´s less than
44.25$+. (Cybertrader charges ECN fees, but not for ISLD).
If you want the tradestation, you might take it for 199,95$ per month.

Tradestation Securities is not wasting any time getting competitive with
their rates. They just announced today a rate of .012/share for up to 1500
shares and .0075/share for over 1500. Above 5000 it is .02 (This is because
the specialists need to get involved). I don't think most of us are there.
These new rates should make their package the best around. The hitch is it
costs $100/month. Details on their website. Would save me about $600/ month.
