Hello list,

Please disregard this issue.  It is now resolved.  I had forgotten to
to move the system clock to the correct timezone!!  Dummy!  Anyway
thanks to M. Simms for the assist.  Interestingly, the oddball results
were not that bad?!?!  Leave it to ranmdonness!!
