HistoryBank Does Not Update A/D Issues, Volume Symbols

HistoryBank does not seem to update advancing/declining/unchanged issues or
volume, for either NYSE, Nasdaq, or Amex.  I am talking about the following
BMI symbols:
$@NA, $@ND, $@NU, $@NVT, $@NVA, $@NVD, $@NVU,
$ADVQ, $DECLQ, $UCHGQ, $TVOLQ, $UVOLQ, $DVOLQ, $XVOLQ, etc.

Has anybody been successful updating these symbols from HB?
If you used different symbol names for these, what are they?
(For NYSE I tried $ADV, $DECL,$UCHG,$TVOL,$UVOL,$DVOL,$XVOL - they do not
update either).

Some other symbols that do not update from HB are:
TIKI, Tickq, VXN, TRINQ.
Anybody had any luck with these?
