Gentlepersons,

I am looking for unbiased information about mechanical trading systems
for futures trading which software vendors are selling.
I have startup emini trading company and I wish to purchase
someone else's package with which to generate revenue until
I can build my own.
The only organization I have found which passes judgment on
vendor performance claims is:

Have you heard of them?
What do you think about their testing process?
Are there other sources for unbiased information
on canned trading systems?
