eSignal delayed and TS2000i

When using eSignal delayed with TS2000i, are the individual price ticks
stamped with the system time clock or is the time sent with the price from
the vendors end?  In other words, if data is delayed by 15 minutes, do
charts show the trades at the time they were received  by TS i.e. 9:45 for
the first trade at 9:30 at the exchange or will they show the correct time
i.e. 9:30.  When I was with BMI (delayed) several years ago, the time of
each tick was stamped by TS4.0 so that trades which were actually done at
9:30 were stamped 9:40.
