OffSubject-How do I find all the auto started programs?

Hello omega-list,

I remember there was a program that would report and allow you to
disable those programs that are automatcially started at login or
boot time.  It would scan more than just the startup folder.

I have searched for it several times but I can not find it.
Does anyone what I am talking about?

Or specifically, does anyone know how to get stop the MSN messenger
from being started automatically?
