Strategy Performance Report woes

Just had another problem come up with the Strategy Performance Report:

pmi
20011 errmsg
Unable to open file

Then
Error creating new report (20002)
invalid argument
status(0)

I can't find a resolution for this in the archives.  Any suggestions???
