As though they haven't heard the gripes before. First, get credible. Fix
bugs in your platform. Then another, how about fixing signals that generate
real time the day before but then reload the chart the next morning the same
signal is gone. Fix that. Then put it on sattellite with different service
providers. Open it up to 3rd party vendors so other people can develop for
it and make truly great. Then add basket backtesting and make it worth the
1200 (99/mo) and higher $$$ year premium I'm going to pay. You either pay
it in commission (> 1200 compared to other brokers) or per month. Not
fixing bugs in TS2Ki and thinking that's going to force most users to
upgrade right away is BS and violates the first request to get credible.
Forcing the user may work over a long time but not right away. Esp when
Omega is the only data source over and it's internet based. I'd rather find
another product than deal with that.
Giving people a choice about data providers and delivery options (as well as
local data storage as an option), and adding features that truly make TS a
better product (not just new indicators) like basket testing and better
multiple feed support would be what gets me to upgrade. Also how about a
truly useful help that puts into context the many backtesting statistics
they throw at you.

waste my time with this crap...Andrew couldn't even be bothered to respond
when I asked him about the double tool bars in TS2Ki, Pierre let us all
down, who can believe you guys...by the way, where are those service packs
