Well, apparently you can't legally re-sell it in the U.S., but I note that
you're in Germany. Do we know that German law has the same restrictions? Was
the licence agreement in German? No? Oh, maybe it's not valid then? It
appears that even in the U.S. the licence vs sale agreements are under legal
attack. So, it's not clear that it's illegal where you live.
Tradestation is being sold every day in the U.S. To my knowledge, the only
legal action that has been taken is to have for sale advertisements removed
from eBay.
