Thank you for your fast response.
I saw screenshots of that "monitor" on a website.  It is not for
stopping someone's activity.  It was for PC program activity only.
The address of that side has words "Forbes" or so and "toy" or "toys";
I deleted that web address by mistake.  Now I am looking for it.
