R-Mesa 3 with TradeStation 6

Hi,

I'm trying to include my "=R MESA3a" strategy into my TradeStation 6,
I have some problems :

TS6 says :

"Link error : Cannot find library c:\mesadll\rmesa3a.dll"

Here are my files and directories :

Directory of C:\mesadll

Any idea what the problem is ?
