OT: Windoze Commands?

Hello omega-list,

   i  had  a program once that when you ran your mouse across a button
or  tab  ect. it would show you the windows command that would execute
if  you  clicked the mouse.  this is a great item for building macro's
mechanically.  if anyone runs across such let me know, appreciated.
