Kim... I have no experience with E-Signal over a standard phone line
connection, but if you move to an area where DSL isn't available and you
find you still need a higher speed connection, you might ask the local ISPs,
CLECs and/or Local Exchange Carrier if they offer ISDN or IDSL.
