As previous VP client this is how they define 80% precision.
They have an 80% change that the close tommorrow will be lower/higher than
the close yesterday.
The real nifty trick here is that you CAN NOT buy yesterdays stock.
If you take that information from TODAY's close there is no longer a real
advantage (since the price in general moved too much in that direction
already).
