Why not work to eliminate the IRS! go to
http://www.fairtax.org/ and read everything on it. It will eliminate the
irs in favor of a national sales tax.
It will eliminate all taxes taken out of checks; the death tax, ALL TAXES!
IE If you are paid weekly and make 52,000 a year your check will be 1,000 a
week. Each person will receive a monthly tax credit equal to the poverty
level just as it is now, no income tax on the first xx number of dollars.
You won't have to keep records or worry about April 15th again, you will
decide when to pay taxes. You will only pay on new cars, equipment etc.
nothing is payable on used. The best part is that most prices will drop
about 15% or so because that is what is built into the system in payroll
taxes. It will be enough to fund Social security and all other programs that
are now active
and is a more stable source of income to the government than an income tax.
It will also let the economy grow at a phenomenal rate. check it out, it
makes sense.
