Compare TradeStation Security & CyberTrader for Shorting?

Hello,

I have been using both brokers.  For long trades, I am
happy with both.

I have used CyberTrader for short trades -- very fast
and normally they have a good inventory of stocks.
There is no need to go through an approval process. 
Two things that I wish for in CyberTrader are: 1)
triggering based on last price, not just bid/ask
price; 2) Keeping the stop in effect even when one
logs out.  But they do not offer these two features.

My account with TradeStation is IRA; I do not know
what it like trying to go short on TS. Does anyone in
this group have personal experience using TS for short
trades?  Can you share your experience?  Would be
particularly good if you can compare to that in
CyberTrader?
