I dislike noise too. I've been using power supplies and fans from PC
Power & Cooling http://www.pcpowercooling.com/. They have the quietest
ones I've found so far. However, they seem to have less reliability
than others - buy a spare PS to swap as needed. I've lost two so far
(in ~5 years on 8 computers). Ya gotta *love* quiet to get these,
though, they're a bit pricey.

I've been considering a large file server or two (big fans, lots of
heat, etc) in another room. Might help for some things. Anyone have
experience with this approach?
TSxx work OK with this configuration?
