Deleting the following files in your OR/Server folder with your program not
running should do the trick:
gsqf.dat
perfmon.dat
symswap.dat
sysevent.dat
It's probably safest to reboot first, then run your GS. This usually fixes
these quirky things as GS just rebuilds these files.
