TS4 missing GSWDLL.DLL

Hello omega-list,

  This morning when I started TS4 I got an error message "need
GSWDLL.DLL to run c:\Omega\Prog\TS-Charts.exe"  . I copied the file
into C:\Windows\System   directory from by other machine.

Now TS4 won't open although I get an hour glass for a few seconds.  No
message.

Do I need to re-install TS4 and if so which Omega directories should I
save first?  BTW--I use FutureSource/Server Gateway, Win98.
