GS Server Temp file

In my TS2000 c:\programs\omega research\server\temp file there are 4 files
named Q4A.tmp 256kb, Q4B.tmp 6400kb, Q4C.tmp 256kb
Q4D.tmp 6400kb.  All the files are dated 12/19/01.  I believe that is a day
I shut TS down and did a reboot and don't know if they were in there before
and rewritten or what.  Question is when does the Server use that Temp file
and can these be deleted?  There is also a c:\programs\omega research\temp
file that is empty.  Omega must have different plans for those two temp
files.  The reboot came about because the Server was not storing the @NQH2
even though it was appearing in Radar Screen and even though dtn resent a P
code.  I did try importing the data from another dtn user before the
rebooting, but even though the import said it was successful, the data still
did not apear in the GS.  Am wondering now if this Server Temp file is where
it ended up.
