Some times weird things happen.
Deleting the following files sometimes cures the problem(with TS not
running):
perfmon.dat
gsqf.dat
symswap.dat
sysevent.dat
Just reboot the computer afterwards and then start the GS. It rebuilds these
files. Hope that helps.
