Since omega does not sell it anymore, and even forbids the selling of it
to others on auctions, and If you do sell it, will not let you transfer the
ownership to another and offer customer assitance to the new owner. I say
it is OK to give it away cracked or not.
The way it looks. Giving a cracked version for free would actually be at
least as legal as selling a non cracked version on ebay.
I normally don't like the idea of cracked software and since I already own
TS. I wouldn't need it. But since it seems to be illegal to buy it from
someone on ebay. I would rather get it for free.
So do what you want, but I say give it away!
