I have a perl app that lets a user upload and send mail in a single form,
but I can't get it installed. The scripts are more complex than I'm used to.
I'd like to send the applet to someone who has the time to see if they can
successfully install it (in an IIS environment). The vendor has blown me off
after several emails :-(
