Look at Paintbars. In TS4 there are several predefined paintbars
like "Close Avg > Open Avg", "Price > x Bar Avg", etc.
There isn't a predefined "Close > Open" paintbar but you can define
your own. Just select "Paintbar Custom" (or whatever it's called on
TS6) and enter "Close>Open" or "Open>Close" in the Criteria input.
Then set the colors/width as desired and you're in business.
