PlaySound in TS4

I am trying to play two sound files one after another in one indicator, as
in playing the sounds  "20" and "2" for the number 22.
Only the first file plays.  Probably the program finishes calculating the
indicator before the first sound file plays to the end.

is there any way to get both files to play?  Like the pause used in an
autodialer?
Or do I have to have separate files for 21, 22, 23  etc?
