No, Yahoo never made an addition. The capability to snarf
comma-delimited ASCII files from Yahoo's historical database always
existed, but they don't tell you about it. A few months ago someone
from Yahoo provided CGI documentation on another mailing list I'm
on, so I made up that page to download the data.
