Those are interesting but still require some sort of subscription
data service, in which I pay for real-time data that I don't need.

By the way, you can get historical stock data on yahoo.  Their
default page at http://chart.yahoo.com/table.csv doesn't offer
spreadsheet downloads , but I created a page at

  http://unicorn.us.com/yahooquotes.html

that makes Yahoo disgorge all the historical data you want in Excel
.csv format, which can also be imported to TradeStation.  Hope it's
useful to you guys.

Trouble is, that's just stocks and indices, not futures.
