SC 4.0 EOD y2k patch

I am having difficulty downloading the Super Charts EOD 4.0 Build 10 (y2k
update) from Omega's web site. The filename is sc4b10.exe.  If someone might
have it and can e-mail it to me it would be greatly appreciated.
